A former Speaker Of the Abia State House Of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Engr. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji during the administration of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu on Monday while briefing his supporters disclosed his resignation from the People's Democratic Party(PDP).

“After careful consultation and personal decision, I have decided to exit the PDP, It’s time to move on with our lives” he said.
Recently, there has been massive resignation of political big wigs of the People's Democratic Party(PDP) in Abia State and it's not certain what the future holds for the party in the State.
