Famous Nigerian Afrobeat artist, Davido, has deleted his controversial video titled "Lagos Olori" that went viral following pressure from the Muslim community in Nigeria and elsewhere.
In the video, Lagos is shown sitting on top of what appears to be a mosque while others dressed in Islamic regalia are down mimicking how Muslims pray.
Davido posted the video on Twitter to show support to his artist. Though he has bowed to pressure by deleting the video, many have been criticizing him for not being sensitive to the possible backlash such move would attract.
The singer has been asked to apologize to the Muslim community.
